Dear brothers, as you know Archbishop Nelson is bringing forth a new initiative for the church in Philadelphia. Creating missionary Hubs so that the entire Dioceses may be missionary, helping to bring the 80% of Catholics who have left the Church and reach as well those who want to be part of the church. After a long planning the first missionary hubs have been opened, one in each county of the archdiocese as pilots for this initiative.
